Dr. SURESH ARCKATTY is the Principal Consultant and Trainer of SPEQUA LLP, a Consulting company based in Hyderabad. Prior to setting up this consulting outfit, Dr. Suresh was associated with various corporate houses and Management Institutions. Recent ones being President, Kodai International Business School, Director, Malla Reddy Group of institutions, Hyderabad and Advisor, Indus College of Engineering, Coimbatore.
Dr. Suresh began his academic career in 2004 with ICFAI, Hyderabad as its National Dean, Training and Placements for over 5 years assisting placements of more than 6000 MBA students all over India & abroad.
At the corporate level, Dr. Suresh worked with companies like Apollo Tyres, Bambino Group, Prakash Industries and Satyam Computers. His areas of expertise have been Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Dr. Suresh is a passionate trainer and his corporate clients include TATA Chemicals, Bombay Dyeing, various logistic companies, Assam Carbon Ltd, Air India Ltd, Ramoji Group etc. He is also a motivational speaker to various business schools all over the country. His self-help book “I CAN” is a recommended text for various B-Schools.
Dr. Arckatty is a strong positive thinker and a pragmatic guide to thousands of people who look up to him as their mentor and catalyst for positive behavior modification. Dr.Suresh is advisor to Kemdrills Pvt Ltd, a steel processing company engaged in production of drill rods and cutting tools based in Hyderabad.
Dr Suresh is a clinical Psychologist, Hypnotherapist and International Trainer. He is a resource person for value education – HRD of Education Govt. of India.
Dr Suresh comes with his unique skillsets to address groups which he leverages at IBSC , especially to propagate the service of the organization, its social commitment and relevance. He handles the sales and marketing for the south zone and has been the pioneer in rural healthcare initiatives of Urjjaa.
He has designed and developed the National Integration Programme for Government of Malaysia. He has also worked as the official teacher trainer (Value Education) – Government of Thailand.
