Over 20 years of corporate and institutional work experience has given him abundant insight to the way business establishment run these days neglecting huge and apparent opportunities to support the social needs without diluting the fundamental profitability goal of the organisation or even adding more values to its revenue generation goals.
Mr M.N Gunavardhan in his capacity has served at the highest levels of Bureaucracy in State of Kerala, India. Before retiring in 2015, he held the post of State Information Commissioner In the rank of Chief Secretary of the State from 2010 to 2015. He has widely traveled across 32 countries including Europe,America and south East Asia,China & Russia and comes with immense experience which is called in by his impeccable public service career.
He has secured his LLB with state rank and is also a management graduate from IIM-Bangalore.
Apart from his high profile position as the chief information commissioner, in his long stint in both government and non government organization, he has held numerous positions, the key ones of which is listed below:
Director and Chief Medical Officer - MBBS, MD, DM
Dr. Jayant Thomas Mathew was one of the Key persons to support and guide IBSC India right from the initial period of the Research of the Concept – Urjjaa Online Health Prognosis Portal. He was instrumental in developing the well-researched out proprietary Urjjaa LSQ (Life Style Questionnaire), which is one of the most critical aspects of “Prognosis”. He is on board as the subject matter expert leading, nourishing and continuously reviewing our health care domain,which happens to be the back bone of the organization.
He acquired his degrees in MBBS from Christian Medical College, Vellore (1993); MD (General Medicine) from St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore(1999); DM (Nephrology) from Christian Medical College, Vellore (2002) (TC Medical Council).
He did his research in Nephrology at Long Island Jewish Medical Centre, Albert Einstein University, New York 2004- 2005.
During is professional life he has received several awards and accolades including the recent 'Healthcare excellence award' for nephrology, world-wide achievers with media partner headlines today, New Delhi - 2013
Dr.Jayant Thomas Mathew is also serving as the Professor (Nephrology) – Amala Institute of Medical Science, Trichur, Kerala.
Director and Chief Operating Officer
Raghesh, a PRINCE2 practitioner, comes with a rich expertise of strategy, operations and delivery management. An engineer by profession, he as worked with both large and medium level companies in the space of both technology and operations handling national level roles. He also comes with international exposure and has handled large national and international client entities as a part of his delivery management. He comes with a strong domain expertise in the Insurance, Stock brocking, Banking and non Banking sectors.
He in his personal capacity is also a management blogger and an orator. Over the 15 years of his career, he has acquired specialized expertise in Process mapping, re-engineering, Organization scale up and Process Automation.
Director - HR and Administration
Sasi Mohan TV (retired Lt. Colonel) was commissioned to Regiment of Artillery, Indian Army, after successful pre-commission training from Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. He is a Management Post Graduate in HR and is also the Diploma holder in Defense Management. He performed a wide variety of tasks involving, administration, man management, security, recruitment, disaster management, planning and executing training and development of subordinates during his long illustrious career of over 30 years. Presently he is looking after the administration and HR operations of IBSC India Wellness Ltd.
